We are a professional manufacturer of shock absorbers and their components for automobiles, motorcycles, and rail vehicles. The total area of our factory is 8500 square meters, with a building area of approximately 17000 square meters.  The company relies on the strong support and assistance of the county party committee and government, with a total assets of approximately 11 million yuan in Phase III, including nearly 60 million yuan in fixed assets. At present, the company has three assembly lines for shock absorber assemblies, one automatic spray painting and coating line, three ultrasonic cleaning machines, more than 30 various welding equipment, as well as other production equipment such as horizontal double-sided expansion machines, vertical double station necking and rounding machines, double end chamfering machines, and lathes; Four indicator test benches produced by Kawasaki in Japan, and three Kawasaki welding machines in Japan. One high and low temperature test chamber, one hydraulic universal testing machine, two Bloch hardness testers, one digital spring tension and compression testing machine, one salt spray testing machine, and other commonly used testing instruments are complete. We have established an annual production capacity of 1 million shock absorbers.
